Approval & Verification

Please allow some time for administrators to verify your submission details. Most submissions are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. If your image has not been approved after a reasonable period, please contact the organizers.

Judging Process

Yes. To ensure fairness and impartiality, all judging is conducted anonymously. Judges will not have access to photographers' names or identifying information during the judging process.

No. Images containing watermarks, logos, copyright notices, photographer names, any identifying marks, or any frames will be disqualified. This policy ensures that judging remains completely anonymous.

We understand that participants may be concerned that judges or organizers could favor photographers they know personally. To ensure complete fairness and transparency, all judging is conducted anonymously, photographers' names, social media profiles, and any identifying information are removed before images are presented to the judges.

Judges evaluate photographs solely on their artistic, technical, and storytelling merits and do not know who submitted the images. This anonymous process eliminates the possibility of favoritism and helps ensure that awards are given purely based on the quality of the work submitted.

Results & Awards

The Top 25 photographers in each category will be notified individually by email before the awards ceremony. The final winners will be announced during the NIP Annual Photography Awards Ceremony on 19 August 2026 at the Patan Museum, Lalitpur, Nepal.

Deadlines

The deadline for all competition submissions is 5 August 2026. No extensions will be granted after the deadline.
